My wife and I would like to take this opportunity to send our sincere gratitude for the impeccably successful execution of a highly unlikely real estate transaction. We asked for a very tall order and he delivered on every front. We knew that our 1031 Exchange was going to be a challenge, but he never gave up on us.
To put into perspective, we did everything in reverse, where we found the property first and then decided to sell our investment property, instead of selling the investment property first and then finding something else to purchase within 180 days. To an ordinary agent or broker, this would have been too much stress to handle and would have walked away but to Adolfo, it was just another day at the office. In fact the front start to finish, the entire process took less than 90 days.
He was able to successfully manage the sale of our old investment property while securing the purchase of the new investment property simultaneously. He also secured the financing we needed when we were turned down several times for the reason previously mentioned. Without his ability to find, acquire and secure the specific funding we needed in a short period of time, we would still be looking for property to purchase and not in the dream property we own now.
His guidance and professional connections were crucial. He worked above and beyond to make sure that deadlines were met and pushed both of us to our limits we did not know we had. We also know that behind the scenes he made sure that our transaction didn’t go sideways with everyone involved.
In short, we delivered him an almost unobtainable double transaction and yet he still managed to catch the “Hail Mary” pass in the endzone to make our dreams come true. We appreciated his patience with us and his tenacity through the whole process.

We normally do not write reviews but are doing it this time from the bottom of our heart for Adolfo, our trusted broker/realtor! Adolfo has been in the mortgage/property industry for decades and he has solid and extensive knowledge in the property market. Adolfo was willing to share his knowledge with us even on the first time when we met him in one of the open houses that he hosted. The insights which Adolfo provided was really impressive and so we decided to engage him as our broker/realtor. Adolfo first took the time to understand our needs and financial position, and then he shortlisted the properties which met our budget and took us on the home tours. The whole homebuying process was efficient and we closed escrow within 3 months from start to finish. During the whole process, Adolfo was very professional, insightful and responsive. He would send us the property market analysis for research on making offers, pick up calls every time when we called him, and respond to our text messages or emails even on his days off or during his vacation. Not only is Adolfo an experienced realtor, he also has a broad network and great relationships with the lenders. We had a complicated loan situation and our mortgage applications were rejected by many other brokers until we worked with Adolfo. Adolfo basically made a mission impossible and turned it to possible! Adolfo was the only broker who managed to help us in obtaining a loan from one of his lenders.
